So apparently something worked for others:
Either: run the uplay as administrator
Or: find the hyperspace.exe where you installed and run that from that folder as administrator (and not from the desktop, nor from uplay)

I cant update to Windows 10 atm because I cant risk loosing data. Will do that in a month after my exams.

Oh, I think I fixed this Error with installing the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 manually.
It doesnt stop loading right there and will show the steps 2/3 and 3/3.

No sadly not, it still is optimizing the shaders every time I launch it. Then double black screen and crash.

In order to fix it first I had to update my Windows to the current version. Next I had to update my graphics card (the Nvidia). In order to do this I had to download it manually from the Nvidia website because the automatic update search was not working. On their website go to drivers then search for your driver in the drop down menus. Mine was hard to find but if you go to "device manager" on your computer, double click "display adapters" you should find your graphics card there.
