I have taken a look into this from my end and I am afraid we are not aware of any ongoing issues with this achievement. Could you please help me by letting me know what platform you are playing on?

I am afraid that you cannot use multiple pass tokens on one account. This will explain why it has disappeared, the token should have returned to your friends account.
