There isn't any way to change data centres in Extraction. I understand this was an option through editing the options file in Siege, but this will not work in Extraction.

@estufin Hey there! I am very sorry to hear that you had a disconnection while playing Rainbow Six Extraction and that your operator is now MIA. We are unable to restore the operator for you, however, I'd recommend completing a moderate solo mission to avoid playing with random teammates to rescue Vigil again. If you notice the disconnections become a common occurrence I also recommend checking out this connection troubleshooting guide.
