Greetings and welcome to the forums. Is the game appearing greyed out in the Ubisoft Connect client? This is where you will launch the game instead of from Game Pass. Post a screenshot if you still are not able to play the game from Ubisoft Connect so I can take a closer look.

After you have ran the DxDiag report, please tell us the following: Operating System, processor, memory (RAM), and display card (graphics card) name.

@everest Thank you for your reply. We're investigating similar reports of this. Can you please let me know what platform you're playing Rainbow Six Extraction on, and if this is happening on a certain map, or a certain weapon?

@a007nathandrake Hey there! I'm very sorry to hear you're experiencing crashing. Is this happening on launch or during gameplay?

If you haven't already, I'd recommend going through the steps in our Basic PC Troubleshooting guide. Please also make sure that your game and the launcher are installed on the same drive.

@squ4tchin Hey there, I'm sorry to hear this happened. Did you all go through the airlock before this happened, or they went through the airlock after you were downed and unable to be picked up? Which map did this happen in?

Sorry to hear about this.

Can you try pressing alt+enter, dragging the window over to your primary monitor and then pressing alt+enter again to see if it then focuses on the correct screen?

Hey there.

The team are aware of issues with this particular error and are working on resolving this as we speak.

For the time being a number of players have confirmed that updating both their integrated graphics and dedicated graphics drivers has resolved this for them.
