You've probably seen already (because the game is now available), but I can confirm it was midnight on the 19th to the 20th, rather than 20th to the 21st. Midnight is when the next day has started, so 'midnight on the 20th' means midnight of that morning.

Hey there @true_hwoarang !

You should be able to turn off text to speech in the menu, using the setting under General -> Text to Speech Chat. Just in case you were actually referring to the menu narration, that setting is under Interface -> Menu Narration.

Thanks for this question, @lerrok ! I understand you're looking to change the difficulty when choosing quick play.

This isn't something that can be done. If you are looking to play in a squad, however, the squad leader will be able to change the difficulty by following the steps in this support article.
