@riquemaru I am sorry to hear that the error code is still appearing. In this situation, please make sure the Ubisoft account is correctly linked to your Xbox gamertag with the Game Pass. You can also launch the Ubisoft Connect app on the Xbox, link the accounts, and then launch Rainbow Six Extraction.

@mr-propaganda Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear about the crashing issues on the Xbox Series X. To clarify, you are able to play a solo incursion without error?

Are you receiving a specific error code before the game crashes? I also recommend the following steps which will test the connection and determine your NAT type. Please let me know which NAT type you receive after performing the connection test.

In addition, once you have "claimed" the game on Game Pass, it should be activated in your library and available to download from the Ubisoft Connect Launcher.

Hey there, @Szakembor!

After making sure your GTX 1060 was set as the dedicated GPU, did you try restarting your PC and then relaunching the game? If not, please give that a try as well as verifying your game files. Please let me know how it goes!
