@theyellowmist Hey! Sorry to hear that the game is crashing for you when you are at the start screen.

Thank you for the troubleshooting that you have done.

One thing to try is launching the game in safe mode with networking:

Power off your computer. Restart your computer and immediately start pressing the F8 key, located on your keyboard. Continue to press F8 repeatedly until the Boot Menu appears. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the list of options using the arrow keys on your keyboard, followed by the ENTER key.

@knixeen Thanks for confirming your PC specifications.

I am unsure if you have an integrated GPU, however could you please check that your game is using the dedicated GPU. If you are unsure how to check this there is a guide here that explains how to.

I am sorry to hear that you are receiving a 'DELTA-00014002' error.

Could you please check your status on Ubisoft Connect. If your status is Invisible, try changing it to Online, you should then be able to play the game.

Hi @mincraftcr33per as I previously mentioned the Orbital Decay bundle is specifically for Rainbow Six Extraction and there is no mention of this bundle becoming available in Rainbow Six Siege.

I am unable to confirm if this will change in the future.

To ensure a smooth rollout for all players, Extraction’s Buddy Pass program will be held until shortly after launch. Removing barriers so you can play with friends is very important to us, so rest assured we are dedicated to helping you get your friends to join in the fun very soon. We will update you further within the next few days on when the free Buddy Pass program will be available.
