Hey! This doesn't appear to be a known issue so I'd like to ask some questions.

What happens when you try to change key bindings? Do you perhaps get an error message or is the interface not allowing you to interact with it?

You should be able to simply double click on the action, then press the corresponding key.

Hey! These visual issues sometimes occur in-game, however we're often able to resolve them via the Ubisoft Club website directly. I understand you have already tried this however.

When you press Play in Uplay, it should give you the option between Rainbow Six Siege (DX11) and Rainbow Six Siege Vulkan.

Are you not being given the option for Vulkan?

Please make sure both Uplay and Rainbow Six Siege are fully up-to-date!

Hello!

I'd just like to offer some of my own insight, to help cover both sides of this discussion.

It was possible to spawn peek with some of our maps in the past, however they were resolved with map reworks and overhauls. If we receive any reports of exploits to spawn peek, these will be investigated immediately.

Although spawn peeking should no longer be possible, you may find that experienced players are positioned quickly and are ready to start shooting from the windows the moment they see you. This is simply part of the game and you learn to defend against it as you play more.

- When you reach the Operator Select menu, what prevents you from choosing an operator? Are you able you move your mouse?

- Once you're in the match, are you able to do anything? Move, look around, shoot etc.

Hey, apologies for not returning to you sooner!

This does not appear to be a known issue, however it is unusual that you are facing this with only 1 map in particular.

Can you please confirm if you have followed the other steps in the above support article? I would like to suggest launching the game as Admin, re-installing supporting software and also disabling background applications.

Please also make sure you did a clean install of your graphics card drivers, to make sure there is no conflict.

If it says Uplay PC is still running, try this first -

- Click on the little arrow at the bottom-right corner of Windows. It is to the left of the date & time
- Right-click on the Uplay icon
- Quit

I've not heard of this issue affecting other players, however I have some suggestions that will hopefully help you.

This behaviour suggests that it may be storing the downloaded files and leaving them in the cache, without clearing them afterwards. I can't say for certain if this is the issue, but it's certainly a good place to start.

- Back up, then delete the following folders -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\download\cache
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\download
