Unfortunately we're not able to adjust MMR on an individual basis or remove temporary sanctions. However if you are experiencing regular connectivity issues then this is something we can look into for you, does this happen often or did this seem like a one off occurrence?

I'm sorry to hear about this issue.

We are aware that some software may interfere with the Uplay PC overlay.

Hey Zephoxz,

Not a problem. Please let us know how you get on with support. Another member of the forum suggested under clocking their GPU as a temporary fix, although I know that is not ideal, but it seemed to work for the player.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch.

All temporary bans are handled by the game automatically.

The game doesn't differentiate between the different behaviour, but the game will apply ban time based on the amount of undesirable behaviour the player has demonstrated.
