You advised you were experiencing connection issues, which platform are you playing on?

I would advise you follow the steps from the link below to troubleshoot your connection issues:

If the issue persists it will be best to speak to your internet service provider to see how they can help improve your connection as we are unable to remove these bans and continuous disconnects will result in further ban... Read more

I am so sorry to hear of the experience that you have had with Rainbow Six: Siege to the point of making you no longer want to play. This is never a feeling we want our players to have and we really want you to be able to enjoy the game.

If you are willing to would it be ok to troubleshoot the connection issues that you have been having?

Correct, we are currently experiencing issues with BitDefender, which has been reported back to the team! Currently, the solution is to whitelist the program through BitDefenders advanced settings.

Hey, hkandrewma!

Welcome to the forums! I have seen other users who are having a similar issue at the moment being able to resolve this. Are you using Bitdefender?

If so you need to add R6Siege into the exception list of Advanced threat defense.

Open Bitdefender,
Click Protection tab on the left,
Click Manage exceptions,
Click Advanced Threat Defense,
Browse and add Rainbowsix.exe to te exceptions list.

If you are not using Bitdefender and need further support, please let us know.

If this is a permanent ban then it is not able to be removed. However, if it is a temporary ban then you will need to wait until the ban is over before being able to play again.

Hello arturo.r12! My apologies for this inconvenience. Even if you uninstalled the game, the permissions should still stay under your account for you to install again later. Can you ensure that you're logged into the correct account? Also, were you previously game-sharing Rainbow Six Siege with other accounts on your PS4?
