Hi Caelumn,

The first thing I'd advise is making sure that the game you are using is from the same company as your account.

If you are using an imported version of the game, then your Credit purchases won't be usable in the game.

Otherwise, as mentioned, if it's been over 24 hours please speak with the Support Team through the site here.

I see that credits were added when the Season 3 pass was added on August 7, and most of those credits were then spent on a Blackbeard bundle.

I would not recommend to team kill back as you put yourself at risk of getting banned. In the future, I would report them for toxic behaviour and they will be kicked for team killing themselves.

It is not always the case that they are unaware of an issue as it is reported there, somethings just aren't quick to resolve and do take time. If it is a pressing issue, they will be aware and looking into it.

We can still report stuff but the site cuts out the middle man and is meant to make it easier for users to quickly publish their findings.

It may sound out there but if they recommended it I would still try it as it may help the situation.

Do you have the Steam and Uplay overlay active at the time you try to buy the credits? This can sometimes cause issues too.

In these circumstances, we recommend to contact Steam support as we don't have access to the Steam storefront systems and they'll be more likely to be able to assist
