There are not automatic permanent bans for toxicity. There are automatic temporary bans that last for thirty minutes or two hours, but any permanent ban involved an investigation by Ubisoft team members.

I'm sorry there's been a delayed response on your ticket.

Are you running on 2 monitors on different resolutions?

If so could you try disabling one of them and try launching it on just 1 to see if that resolves the issue for you.

Hey SlimmyYimmy,

Have you attempted the steps that XogadorPL reported? If you play via wireless, try playing the game offline in Situation and then turn go online.

Hey all,

TheZaron is correct, currently, the TTS is only available on PC. It may come to console as well, but for now, it is PC only.

iman_mgh the version of Rainbow Six: Siege that appears in your Uplay is not a full version of the game, but it is the Test Server. It should now be visible in your Uplay library.

Sorry to hear you haven't received your credits, they can take 24 hours to show up in game as it can take 24 hours for the payment to process. If it's been longer than 24 hours please upload a full screen image showing your receipt from the orders page on the Microsoft website to a Support ticket.

It will tell you the reason for the ban along the top of the Main menu.

If you were banned for team killing, then this ban cannot be removed you will need to wait until the ban has expired before you'll be able to play again.

Ok, so the issue with the stats not updating is a different issue.

We are currently looking into that and it wouldn't be due to this issue specially.

What you could try is clearing the Uplay cache via the steps here.

It may be due to the cache for Uplay, you can clear this through the steps in the guide here.
