I've had to remove the Case IDs from your original post + title.

In future, please refrain from sharing your Case ID publicly for security and privacy purposes.

We also cannot speed up the process of a case via the forums.

As for the current wait times, we're unable to provide an estimate I'm afraid but please be patient and the team will get back to you with an update as soon as they can.

This issue is known to and being looked into by the team, but they've requested some further information.

  • You note that this happens with all backpacks, may we please know which others?
  • Does this issue occur in one specific place such as The Summit or anywhere in-game?
  • Could you please also capture and share a video of the issue, particularly your other impacted backpacks?
