Thanks for the updates.

Just for some further updates regarding these issues.

Chestpieces and Backpacks appear as something other than the appearance they are set to, almost always one of the previous apparel event items. Even on Exotics.

  • This issue is known to and being investigated by the game team, however we don't have any additional details on this to share at the moment.


All of the issues regarding lag / latency / loading times / especially in Countdown & The Summit

  • These are also being looked into by the team as part of a wider investigation regarding latency issue reports, this began as a PC investigation but appears to have branched to console.
  • We also do not have anything further to share in regards to this at this time.


Your reports have been noted for both of the above.

Thanks for giving that a try, sorry to hear that didn't quite do the trick!

Some good news is that the team hope to resolve this in a future patch.

We don't have the release date just yet, but as and when more information is made available, we'll let you know here.

May we please know what model headset you're using?

And does this issue occur when using speakers too?

Could you please also give these console steps a try too to see if they help with the rendering issue at all?

This issue has been raised to the team, but they're having issues reproducing it, so we'd like to gather some further information.

  • Do you find this issue occurs with certain items / gear or everything?
  • Does this issue occur only in certain places such as the Summit? Or everywhere?
  • Could you please provide a video of the issue too?

Hey there @AlpineBrisket,

As noted, the team have looked into the timer issue and were not able to reproduce it.

Capturing a video allows the team to see the issue occurring on the latest version of the game and any possible reproduction steps to look into it further.

You aren't obliged to share any videos / screenshots, but it may take longer to reach a resolution without these resources for the team if they don't encounter the exact same issue themselves.

The Trello doesn't always represent all of the current issues being looked into by the team, nor do we have any direct control over it.

The Camp White Oak exploit is well known to the team though and is being actively looked into with hopes of resolving it soon.

We don't have an exact time yet, but we'll let you know when we hear more.

In the meantime I'll pass your feedback on regarding deactivating the manhunt.
