I'm not yet sure if this is intended behaviour, however we can certainly look into it for you.

Do you recall if your time was on the leaderboard, prior to it being made TOTD?

Hiya! Welcome to both of you to the forums! My apologies for the technical issues you both are seeing in Trackmania. Has this been frequent during all tracks that you both have been playing on? If you have also tried all PC Troubleshooting Steps here, could you please share a video clip of you on one of the tracks you were running into screen issues?

Hello Noosebrother, thanks for getting in touch with us about your key. Can you try launching the game from its .exe file in the installation folder for the game and make sure it is set to run with administrator rights? -

- Right click on the game .exe file and the games .exe file and select 'Properties'
- Select the 'Compatibility' tab
- Check the 'Run as Administrator box'
- Click 'Apply' then 'OK'
- Now try launching the Ubisoft connect .exe file

Let me know what happens next after saving these settings then trying to launch the game?

Edit2: Just fixed. Had the wrong bit version of windows, therefore the game wouldnt run! Just fixed it and now its working!

Our team have investigated this thoroughly since they first implemented a patch. In their testing, webm files appear to work fully online.

There doesn't appear to be a clear trend regarding which players are affected by this. From what I can see, your system specifications are quite varied.
