And does this error happen regardless of track type as well? So like campaign tracks, Cup Of The Day /Track Of The Day tracks, etc.?

I'm very sorry that this issue has persisted so long! Just so I can get caught up on what's going on can you answer the following for me?

  • Has this issue persisted the whole time since you originally posted about it? Or did it resolve and come back?
  • When you start a new run after a restart, can you see the medal from the previous run? And is there a blank time listed like -:--?
  • And to confirm, by restart, do you mean completely closing and relaunching the full game application? Or restarting a particular map or mode without closing the whole game?

I know it's frustrating but we ask that you do complete the previously provided troubleshooting in it's entirety. While you may be able to connect to other games or connect to do other things, this does not guarantee that your connection to Trackmania will be optimized. Different things will connect using different ports so we want to make sure the steps have been completed and the required ports for the game are forwarded.

Thank you for all the details about the testing you did! Just to confirm, when you say people are appearing offline, is this specifically in game? Do you notice if these people also show offline in Ubisoft Connect as well while they're showing offline in game? Or are they online in Connect for you but offline in game?

You also mentioned your friend had the same issue, can you let me know if using an alternate account helped him work around the issue as well?

We unfortunately don't have any information on if steering wheel support will be added. I can forward the feedback to the team for further review but for now we don't have any further information on possible support. You can always try steering wheels to see if it works but we're not able to guarantee functionality for any peripherals that are not officially supported. Apologies for any inconvenience!
