Hey @Jao-Pe

Could you check your game library in Ubisoft Connect. Do you see more than 1 tile for Rainbow 6 Siege?

You can also try going to the games .exe file in its installation folder and using that to open the game.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a response for so long. I know there are delays currently but it shouldn't be taking that long. I've reported this to a manager and asked this to be looked into why it hasn't had a response yet.

It is something that will need to be handled through the ticket rather than on the forums, but I have just sent you an email with a link to click on to verify your account, as this is the first thing the team working emails would need to do in order to speak to you about your account, so that should help speed it up a bit on...

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with the mic in-game. There are 2 suggestions below you can try to resolve this:

1) Please make sure the microphone is set as “Default Communications Device” in the audio settings of Windows to control your communication device.

2) Go to C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\UplayID
Go to GameSettings.ini
Go to Audio
Change "VoiceChatCaptureMode=" to a 1 on the variable.

I can only apologise for any delays responding to your ticket but you will get a reply. I'm afraid we can't discuss ban appeals over the forums and it will need to be looked into by our game team to determine if it is overturned. You'll get a reply to the ticket once there is a decision.

Also, please don't post case numbers on the forums as that is classed as private information related to your account. We don't need to be told those on the forums to look up any cases you have.

So you are getting the reward but just not seeing the progress update, is that right? Or has it sorted itself out since the other day? Sometimes there is just a delay adding progress on challenges, relaunching the game sometimes helps with this and you can also check to see if the website version is updating challenge progress.
