Firstly of all, please don't post your case numbers on the forums as these are related to your account so is private information.

The creation of multiple tickets won't help speed the resolution to your case up, it just creates more work as the first email you are sent is a manual process to identify cases which need to have the verification email sent and to send it. We do have agents who are able to do the first response to get the verification out the way quickly, as that is the quick and easy part of handling a ticket. Then it will be picked up by someone else who will be best suited to handle your ticket as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear the issue is ongoing for you. The next thing I would have you try if you could, try uninstall the game and Ubisoft Connect, then create a new Windows Admin account on your computer. Once you have done this, log in on that new account and reinstall Ubisoft Connect and the game. If you can try installing them on a different drive to before, please also try doing this. Let us know if you still have the issue again when launching the game on this new admin account.

Please try changing your install location in Ubisoft Connect to the same as where the game is installed and see if this then detects your downloaded Epic version.

Yes, you'll still be able to buy the pass if you get unbanned. There is a delay responding to tickets at the moment but the team working them will get back to you.

Your loadouts are saved in your save file, so if something corrupted with that, that could be why it happened. Hopefully it was just a one off but let us know if it keeps happening after every session or more often.

There are some delays to responding to tickets at the moment due to us having a large amount of them but the team handing them will get to your ticket eventually and you'll need to wait for a response through there. We can't handle issues like this over the forums.

I'm not blaming your system requirements, just the troubleshooting provided in that article can help with any kind of crashes. When it talks about Windows updates, it doesn't mean update your Windows from 10 to 11. Windows pushes updates frequently which may be set to download automatically and you don't notice them happen, but you can check for them just by typing Windows Update in the search box on your PC, then click the check for updates button and download any there. This isn't the same as downloading a new OS.

If you do continue having issues though, please send us the files that I mentioned through one of the above links so we can look into them to see what may be the cause.

Same question as the OP didn't reply, are you actually wanting to use the controller and not your mouse and keyboard?

Or do you have a controller plugged in but want to use M&K but the controller is being picked up as your mouse?
