Hey guys,

As this issue has been already reported to our development team, in order to aid us in further investigation, I would like to ask you to provide us with the following information:

1. Internet connectivity (do they have a firewall, VPN?)
2. Internet speed
3. Internet provider
4. Do you have a PB when joining the servers? What about Winter Campaign?

Apologies about the inconvenience this is currently causing and we appreciate you for bearing with us in the meantime.

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sending all this video footage over.

I can see that you clearly have been experiencing the issue on multiple occasions, therefore before we forward this over to our development team, can I just ask you to clarify the following:

1. Does this issue occur every single time you go onto online race?
2. If issue only occurs occasionally, have you possibly picked up anything in particular that may be causing this or may give us direction when in attempt to reproduce the issue on our side? The thread you were referring to in your initial post seem to have fairly little information on this therefore I was hoping that you will be able to advise on this.

Let us know and once we have a little more information, we will be able to take it from there.

If you did not receive notifications in Twitch regarding your drops that you're missing, I am afraid that regrettably we will not be able to assist you further. To add, we're also unable to see any viewing time on 21st on February.

Hey ,

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to forums!

In order to resolve this, I would suggest you to try resetting your in-game settings to default and then changing it to any other key other than 'F' or 'V', to see if issue persists.

To do so, you can simply delete/backup your GameSettings.ini file that is by default located in \Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege/, then launch your game and set it up again.

Hey Thormeister_, thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response.

As far as Ubisoft+ catalogue goes, Trackmania is obviously included and you should receive Club Access rather than Starter Access.

I've had a look at your account however was unable to identify any subscription active, therefore can I just double-check whether it's in relation to this or some other account?

The fact that this only happens 2/3 times means that there are some particular steps or causes that may got to do with the issue occurring, so if you do notice anything in particular that may be helpful when reproducing the issue, let us know and we will ensure this gets forwarded accordingly.

• Go to the main menu.
• Move your mouse to the top-right of the screen to make the toolbar visible.
• Select the cog icon.

Would you be able to advise whether this is the first instance this has happened or have you experienced similar issue on multiple cases? Also, to add, did this only affect Track of The Day server or did you experience the crash in other servers too?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, I would recommend you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, starting of by verifying your game files first.
