Hey Pain_Dankruto, thanks for getting in touch and bringing these issues up.

First and foremost - in regards to the first one you've mentioned, would you be able to possibly provide us with a little more information, such as whether you noticed this being the case in every single game or whether there's anything in particular that you've noticed that may be causing this? Also, if you do happen to have video footage of this, that would be great!

In regards to the aspect ratio in replays - the screenshot you've provided is perfect, thanks for sending that along! Same question as previously - is this issue occurring in every single game? Also, do you have your aspect ratio on 4:3 in in-game settings?

Hey YT_TheTNTwither, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the problem you've been experiencing.

I've had a look and it appears that this issue has been already reported and is being reviewed by our development team, however I just wanted to double-check, when you stated you're unable to move - is it just your mouse or is it your keyboard buttons as well that are not responsive? Additionally, can you also advise if this problem only affects Ranked matches?

In the meantime, you can try temporarily disabling the overlay to see whether issue remains.

Hey Marshall.CCCP, thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response from our team.

If a cheater has been suspended and you have been playing in a Ranked match against them, regardless of the outcome of the match - whether you lost/won/surrendered, you will always receive MMR/Elo rollback.

Also, taking into consideration that it happened 4 times for you so far, do you recall anything in particular, such as actions in-game or map, that were consistent through-out those games prior to crash occurring? This information would be very useful for us as it does look like this has been brought up in the past however our development team had difficulties in reproducing this.

First and foremost, can I ask you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, that will allow you to improve your in-game performance and possibly resolve the FPS drop when being shot.

Just to double-check, are you saying that if you switch your from your WiFi to mobile hotspot whilst in the main menu, it will essentially result in a crash where you have to restart the game in order to continue or is it the case where if you change it whilst in-game, you can play it but as soon as the game is concluded and you go back to main menu, you're unable to load/click anything?

I've had a look however it does not seem like this has been brought up before, therefore for reproduction purposes, can I just double-check if this is the case in every session on Vulkan API or are there any particular steps you take that can create the issue?
