First and foremost, just to ensure that we're all on the same page, are you referring to 'Failed to load player profile' error message? If so, are these the steps that you've already completed, is that right?

I've had a look at your account and can see that you have obtained rewards from watching Six Invitationals 2021 however it may take some time for it to be synced and received in-game, so please be patient and it should eventually be delivered to your account.
