This sounds like it's an issue on Twitch's end and not yours, but I hope you will make the packs available by some other means as I know there have been many issues surrounding this whole thing.

Just wanted to provide you a quick update - we have managed to successfully reproduce the issue and it is set to be fixed with one of the future patches however more details to come at a closer time.

As it stands, I can confirm that there is a slight delay with your packs being delivered to the account, therefore bear with us and sooner or later you should receive the remaining content you've earned .

Hey DRacer1027, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you're having.

So that we could look into the matter further, can I ask you to clarify the following:

1. Since when did you start having issue? (any particular Patch?)
2. Which API are you using - Vulkan or DX?
3. When connection error occurs, are you sayin that you're receiving disconnection from Ubisoft Connect launcher rather than in-game? If so, does it just simply say 'Connection error' or are there any numbers followed after?
