So just to check, after you do the proposed workaround your issue is temporarily resolved however after some period it reappears again, is that right? If so, did you notice anything in particular prior to it happening that may be causing it to reoccur?

You have contacted us on 4th of November and there has been communication throughout the period, where just yesterday you received a response for your appeal from us, so I am not entirely sure where did you get this 3 week period from.

To add, I have had a good look at your account and if your account has been compromised like you say, we would be able to clearly see it.

Hey Xtoroki, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issue you've been dealing with.

So that we could look into this, may I ask you to clarify the following:

1. Since when did it start to happen?
2. Are there any error messages you receive at all?
3. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?

In the meantime, I'm not 100% sure what are the troubleshooting steps that you've already tried, therefore have a look through these and try doing them all (if you haven't already) to see whether it helps.

Hey ronixxi, are you also having the issue where voice chat capture mode keeps resetting to 0? Can you advise what happens if you attempt to change it? Does it reset itself back right after it's changed?

If you do watch the stream long enough, you should receive notification via Twitch with details of your drop.

Did you receive one at all? Also, do you recall around how long have you been watching the stream for since receiving the charm?

In order to resolve this, if you haven't already, please make sure you have Steam Overlay enabled (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...9394-yofv-0014) and this should resolve your issue.

Please also disable any VPN on your device.

If the issue persists, please contact Valve for further assistance, as there may be an issue with your Steam overlay.

As it stands, I can confirm that we have received a number of contacts about the issue and it is currently under review by our game team.

For your future sessions of gameplay, make sure that you run the latest version of your videocard driver and try to run the game in DirectX11 instead.
