So in order to make sure that we're on the same page, I understand that the game has been already concluded and after the rewards screen, you have received in-game disconnection after which you've received a suspension, is that right? If it is indeed, this is quite an interesting scenario, as sometimes any past games (rather than the one you're in at the time) that you've possibly abandoned, can result in suspension being received right after, therefore could this be something you've had at all?

Please do mind that when it comes down to suspensions, these are carefully and thoroughly reviewed. To add, permanent ban instances are rare and usually there for a good reason rather than any light offenses. Although I do not want to set any expectation, the game is monitored by BattlEye: (https://www.battleye.com/support/), therefore you can try getting through to them and see if you can find any answers.

I will make sure to forward your feedback over to our team, however just as advised earlier, since the appeal was declined once, we're unable to review it again.

Thank you for your input there and can fully appreciate that this is quite a frustrating one to be dealing with.

I take it that troubleshooting steps above have been completed, therefore if this is the case indeed and problem is still there, so that we could narrow down the potential causes of this, can I check the following:

  1. Are you using DX or Vulkan API?
  2. How often do you experience this?
  3. Did you notice if this occurs only in any particular maps?
  4. Did you notice if this occurs in any particular game modes or after any actions in-game, or is it completely random?
  5. What GPU are you using?

If you've happened to own Free Weekend version of the game and then decided to purchase full copy, this may result in another download process being triggered and is therefore working as intended.

As far as connecting to the game, do mind that when you will install it, it will take some additional time for the whole installation process to be completed and multiplayer won't be available right away, however once it's concluded, you should be able to connect.
