Have you encountered this issue often or does it happen every time?

If so could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. We would need to see the following in the video:

  • That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen in the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • Your inventory screen to show what weapons and shields you have equipped and that you can change them
  • Entering then leaving Nifilheim and going into your inventory again to show that you cannot unequip your weapons or shields

With regards to the issues that you mentioned, are you experiencing all of those yourself? If so could you please explain in more detail the issue with the Berserker armour set and the crashes, and also confirm which platform you play the game on.

I am unsure why your saves are defined as 'exclusive quest' this is strange. Could you confirm if you have any manual saves and if all of your auto saves are defined as 'exclusive quest'?

As a test could you also try creating a new manual save to see if it does the same thing.

Hi @D_Outsider I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues redeeming your free weekly item. There has been some known issues with this and it was disabled on the 17th January, however it has now been enabled again.

Hi @TwistedIncubus I'm sorry to hear that you never encountered the cut scene with the meteor. I have created a new thread for this issue as it is different to the previous issue that was reported for the quest 'A Challenge From the Gods' which has been resolved. 

As you did not see the cutscene this would be the reason why you are unable to see Hilidran near Ravensthorpe.

I am unsure why you did not see the cutscene. Can you try fast travelling to another map such as Norway then fast travel back to Ravensthorpe in England to see if that triggers the cutsc...

Hi @sunny-sonja I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues in two of the world event quests where you have been unable to carry the NPC's.

For the issue the with mystery 'Miracle' where you are unable to carry the lame man was reported previously, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue and confirmed that they were unable to continue looking into a potential fix as they needed to focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.

With regards to the other issue that you mentioned, I am unsure which world event that is. Do you happen to know the name of it?

Hi @DigiRiff911 I can confirm that you would need to download the PS5 version of the DLC for it to work with the PS5 version of the game.

If you go to the Assassin's Creed Valhalla icon on your PS5 home screen and keep pressing down until you see add-ons, select Wrath of The Druids and you should be able to download the PS5 version.

Normally it will prompt you which version you would like to download if you have the PS5 version of the game installed. I just tested it on my own console as I have the PS5 version already installed and when I went to Wrath of T...

Hi @Simplethumb for those who did not have the chance to participate in the Yule, Ostara, Sigrblot, or Oskoreia Festivals, all rewards from past festivals will be available at all merchants located throughout England upon completing the quest The First Night of Samhain (Glowecestrescire arc).

This will give you the opportunity to acquire rewards you might have missed out on in exchange for silver.
