I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have contacted us and have confirmed this issue should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.5.1.

You can read the full patch notes here.

The patch will be deployed today at 12 pm UTC/GMT, 1 pm CET, 7 am EST, 4 am PST, and 11 pm AEDT. If you are still experiencing this issue after installing the new update then please don't hesitate to share an update within this thread so we can notify the development team.

Hi @bossfellaz I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to confirm the kill on the Zealot 'Cola' as he is underground.

Can you please confirm the following:

  • Did you kill Cola, leave the area and return later to confirm the kill and he was showing as underground?
  • If Cola fell through map after you killed him then can you confirm if the final blow was an ability and if so which ability did you use?
  • What weapon were you using when you killed Cola?


Do you also have a video of what happened? If so could you please share the video.

  • If possible load a previous save before you killed Cola then try again

Hi @justkelly I'm sorry to hear that the icon indicating that there is a new quest available will not disappear.

Could you please provide a video that shows you have the latest update installed, this can be seen in the main menu screen before you load your save game, and then load your save and go into the quests tab and go through all of the available quests in your quest log.

Can you also confirm if you receive a notification in-game to say that there is a new quest available or is it only the exclamation icon in the menu screen?

Hi @rayne5 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your FPS.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed if you haven't already done so then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also check to make sure that the latest update (1.5.0.1) is installed.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

Hi @jerusalem_sav I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your internet connection, which makes it more difficult for you to download and install the game again.

Can you confirm if you went through all of the PC troubleshooting that was provided?

Could you also check that you have saved your msinfo as a .txt file? Please check the steps in the support article here.
