Just to confirm, it sounds like even though you've completed those trade posts quests you're not able to fast travel to any of them. (If not, please correct me)

I can confirm the teams are still investigating the issue and I've added the information you were able to provide to the report. I totally get this is not the answer you were looking for and is beyond frustrating.
