Thanks for reporting this to us. I can confirm that the team are aware of this issue and are actively investigating this at the moment.

To assist with their investigation can you confirm with regards to the above video do you know whether yourself or other teammates did anything to or attacked the Tormentor in a certain way that caused it to get stuck that you noticed?

You also mentioned you've encountered this mission on another occasion, was this on the same place on the map or was it a different location?

If anyone is still experiencing this particular error code would you be able to confirm how often this is happening for you? Did you experience issues with any other Ubisoft services at the same time as this error? Have you been experiencing any other network issues and if you are able to capture a disconnection with this error code on video we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a link to it.

We are aware of issues with the armour breaking on basilisk but to my knowledge not the achievement not popping when using Oxidizer to complete it. If possible and you're able to reproduce this could you capture a video of this and send us a link to it please?

Hey there.

Can I ask you to check in your Siege installation folder where the executable is located and see if there are any temporary files there? They should have tmprec in their filename. We have received a few other reports on another thread of players stating these files have started appearing here instead of in the match replay folder.

If you can confirm this for us I'll escalate this for you for further investigation.

Sorry to hear you've encountered this error code as well.

The reason you will see reports over a long period of time is because this issue can be caused by a number of reasons and in the large majority of prior instances it's been determined to have been a remote issue.

We have however received a spike in reports of this particular error code in recent weeks so this is as advised by Ubi-Milky under active investigation at present. However we first of all have to ensure that it is not a remote issue so if you haven't already done...

 The 8 free tiers from owning the Premium Track Bundle is not the same as owning the Premium Track. Instead of Premium Track + 12 tier unlock, purchasing the track bundle during the SI 2022 event will unlock +20 tracks for those who already own the bundle to unlock +8 more.
