I don't believe this issue has been reported to us yet. If the issue persists after loading a previous save or restarting the game can I ask you to provide images and if possible video of the issue we can report to the team for further investigation? Thanks!

This error you're seeing is usually because you're launching the game whilst signed in to a Ubisoft account where the game hasn't been activated.

Are you aware of any other Ubisoft accounts you own? If so I would recommend signing in on those and trying again. When you're on the correct account you should no longer see this error.
