Hi there.
This error you're seeing is usually because you're launching the game whilst signed in to a Ubisoft account where the game hasn't been activated.
Are you aware of any other Ubisoft accounts you own? If so I would recommend signing in on those and trying again. When you're on the correct account you should no longer see this error.
