Lots of repeated attempts in a short space of time can cause this to happen. I'd advise waiting for 24 hours before attempting once again and if the issue persists still please let us know.

Have you double checked your data center to make sure you're connecting to the nearest one to you? It could be that your friends are playing on a different data center to you so when they host you on there your ping is better. You can manually set your data center by following the instructions ... So I can understand correctly you can't run the Vulkan API at all and the standard version runs but has the infinite connection loop or is the infinite connection loop on Vulkan and standard works fine?

It's strange that this issue seems to be being temporarily resolved and then stops working again after certain time has elapsed, all of the issues you've mentioned are related to a corrupt save file which keeps happening for you. Have you tried installing the game to a different drive to see if this helps at all if that's possible for you?

Have you purchased the game again on PC? It does need to be purchased again if you wish to play on a different platform. I've checked this account you've reached out to us on and there are no games linked to your account so if it was purchased on PC it's been purchased on a different account.
