Thanks for reaching out to us.

If there's no gain after a win, please restart your console / game before checking your totals for any change as this may be visual.

If there's no change to your MMR total after a restart or 24hrs, for us to take a closer look into this, we'll need to look into your account.

If you're finding you're receiving no MMR after wins could you please;

  • Note the Date / Time of the match
  • Capture a screenshot of the end-of-match screen showing the MMR gain / loss

The team are looking into this issue but are struggling to reproduce it.

Do you have a save file available from just before you were able to establish peace with all of the AIs so we can pass it onto them to investigate?

If you guys could please capture and post some clips demonstrating what you see in-game when attempting to view / start the Enbesa Island quests, we can get this reported onto the game's team.

Thanks for getting back to me @whizzy !

So this error is when launching Ubisoft Connect itself rather than just the game?

In which case, have you yet tested reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect client?

Doing so won't affect any of your games (you'll see a prompt where you actively need to tick to uninstall your games), so when the client is reinstalled your games will still be available.

Could you give this a go and let us know if there's any changes?

Following the reinstallation of the C++ did you verify the game's files?

It may also be worth following the steps in this guide to reinstall the supporting software via the game's files themselves.
