What is even more odd it happens only in siege, as I have tried typing y and t for regular use with no issues at all. I have found a steam and reddit post regarding this issue and it seems like multiple people have this trouble. Using different keyboard doesn't fix this problem, and neither does switching USB ports. I highly doubt this is a hardware issue but more of a software issue between the keyboard and r6. If someone has any idea on how to fix this, or having the same problem as me please let me know...

This is something that is known to the team and investigations are still ongoing, in the meantime, while it doesn't sound to have done the trick here, restarting the game and console has been known to trigger the MMR to update later on
