In future, you shouldn't need a key to launch a title via Epic, including Free Weekend events as this is automatically bound to your account.

As chris02918has rightly suggested - have you checked your sound settings to ensure you're using stereo rather than surround?

They should be accessible regardless of the Season played.

You should be able to reset the defaults in-game using F9 for audio and controls

Checking your account I can see the PTS should be available to you, are you still unable to see it when signed into the Ubisoft Connect PC app?
