Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

Are you still unable to access the Expansion content?

To start you need to be at least level 340 (either by natural progress of a progression boost).

You should then be able to speak with Valka in Ravensthorpe (in Seeer's Hut) to start the quest 'Restless Dreams' - completing this will allow you to start Dawn of Ragnarock.

Additionally, you can start a new game immediately in the expansion by creating a new save and selecting 'Dawn of Ragnarock'.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this, sorry to hear the performance is dropping for you.

May we please know more about the performance itself, including;

  • The moments where it drops (is it only during cutscenes)
  • What your max - min FPS can be
  • What you have the game's graphics set to
  • Have you attempted any other troubleshooting such as lowering or adjusting graphical settings to see if there's any changes in performance

As your current cloud saves seem update, could you please make sure you have a recent save available on the cloud in-game (it will have a small cloud icon next to it in the menu), as this is also handy information for the team to have available.

The issue with the Winifred mystery was understood to be resolved back in TU 1.3.0.

If you're encountering a similar issue in-game now, could you please capture some screenshots or a clip demonstrating the issue so we can take a look and pass it onto the team?
