I've checked with the team who have been unable to confirm the exact purpose of the files noted, but they may be related to Match Replays and could lead to your in-game Replays becoming inaccessible if deleted.

We won't recommend tampering with the game files, but these don't appear to be core game related and may require a verifying of the game files if removed.

Hey there guys,

This is something that has been looked into previously and the team have found that enabling TLS 1.2 appears to resolve this issue for players.

We have a guide with further steps on how to do this available here.

Just to offer some clarity regarding temporary suspensions, please understand that Ubisoft Support do not have any facilities available to lift temporary bans, therefore any temporary ban appeals will be denied as they're issued by an automated system.

We have processes in place regarding any permanent bans and are more than happy to discuss these appeals with you, but do not have the ability to remove temporary bans.

If you are finding you are having continual connectivity issues, we kindly ask that as a starting point you give the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guides a try to help ensure no local causes.
