Thank you for the video, this is perfect. I have gone ahead and reached out to our specialist team as there was a similar issue to this which was resolved so I just want to check if this issue is related.
Also when did you start this save file? It may be a case that if the issue is resolved in a recent patch it will only work in a new save.

@guille2321 Thank you for your reply. That is correct, as the development team is not able to retroactively resolve issues with current saves you would only see this resolved on new saves.

@lipesp Hey thank you for getting in touch. So just to confirm you have the game on Epic and Ubisoft Connect? So 2 copies purchased of the game?
If so you can buy the Season Pass on either Ubisoft Connect or Epic. Just make sure you have the Epic version installed through Ubisoft Connect and that is the one you are launching.
