Can I just confirm that you are all having this issue with the Silver charm?

Can I check which streams you have been watching

If you find that this persists, would it be possible to open a new case so that we can investigate this in much greater detail?

This can also be affected based on other players who are in the games which you have played. As the article we provided advises it roles back all games someone who was identified as cheating participates in. This does not necessarily mean you cheated but a team mate or opponent may have been identified as doing so.
