Hi M_I_N_C_H. I'm sorry to hear that this happened! Just to confirm, are you meaning to say that you received an abandonment penalty even though you were not in a ranked match? If that's the case, did you leave the queue for ranked prior to receiving this penalty?

I'm sorry to hear that! What is preventing you from uploading your MSinfo and DxDiag files exactly? Perhaps you could try some web browser troubleshooting to see if that helps with this issue!

pleblord256, if you have your own copy of Rainbow Six Siege and you purchase the Year 5 pass, you should have no problem accessing that content. As for the operators, did you get those through game-sharing with your brother?
