Hey BaconX1117! My apologies are extended to you as well. Temporary bans are not able to be removed, unfortunately. Any time that a player disconnects from a ranked match, even inadvertently, they receive an abandonment penalty and a temporary ban. I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience once again.

To do this, please unplug your console from the wall, wait at least two minutes, then restart your game.
