@arathorn_toxik Thank you for providing this video, and I appreciate your patience! The video doesn't show any chests or enemies when you arrive in Deebury. Previously you mentioned that when you approach loot chests they either cannot be opened, or you get nothing. Are you now not seeing any chests when you raid? Also, as I have seen a decent amount of reports stating that players found the Helm in Deebury, I've recently watched a walkthrough video where another player found it in a chest in the location 'Forward Camp' on the Rivier Dee. Hey there everyone, and thank you all for your patience during these times! I am sorry to see that many of you have been affected by this issue of the supply crates already being destroyed and are unable to proceed in the Supply Line Quest. I have provided a few workarounds below that players on this thread have provided. If you encounter this issue, please try one of the workarounds below. However, if you are still unable to proceed in this Quest afterwards, please let me know!

  • There are four crates and the 4th can sometimes be missed. The 4th crate is mid level to the Northwest of the Quarry.
  • Try shooting one of the oil jars on the top of the Southern sides crate. The oil jar is almost directly above the broken crate.
  • If the first two suggestions do not resolve it, try fast travelling or riding a mount to Wesberie. This should add the Bloody Path to Peace Quest.

Sorry for the delay, but thank you both for your responses. I am sorry that this is continuing to persist for you both. This has been difficult to reproduce. Could you both travel to this location and then manually save your game so that it is sent to the cloud? I'd like to forward your save files to the Game team as they continue investigating.

@timh640 Thank you for letting us know that you are continuing to experience this issue of not being able to loot the Treasure from the Caustow Castle Hoard Map. Just to make sure, did you swim into the lake, to try and loot the treasure? You may need to swim a little further into the lake. If you are still unable to collect it, did you ever see the 'Loot' option? Also, if you try setting your Exploration difficulty to 'Adventurer' and then approach the area again, are you able to loot the Treasure?
