If possible I would recommend loading a previous save before you started the quest and try again, however if this is not possible could you please provide a video to demonstrate the issue.

Hi Vikings!

I can confirm that the issue with the online service error whilst trying to redeem the free weekly item is being investigated by the development team.

If you experience this error try closing and relaunching the game then try claiming the free weekly item again if you haven't already done so. However, if that does not work please try again later.

Hi @lefiathCZ I'm sorry to hear that you also experienced an issue with the quest 'Holy Day'. This particular issue was never reported.

With regards to the quest 'Binding Fate' this is still being investigated. I am pleased that you were able to resolve both issues by having your FPS capped to 60.

Hi @MassDriverShot apologies for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that your opals are stuck at 50 and don't appear to increase. To confirm is the total amount of opals collected stuck at 50 in game or in the Ubisoft Connect stats?

Opals will not reappear if you load a previous save as these are synchronised with the server once they have been collected and should remain in your inventory.

Hi @Rocky6161 I'm sorry to hear that you experiencing an issue completing the Anderitum Hideout Raven Mastery Challenge.

Please ensure that you have the latest update (1.6.2) installed. Then can you try fast travelling to another location then fast travel back and retry the challenge again. If the issue persists could you provide a video of you starting and finishing the challenge to demonstrate the issue.

Hey there @Caranthir09

I took a look at the system files you sent us on your open support ticket and I have a couple things you can quickly test to see if the game will load you into Vinland afterwards.

  1. Set your refresh rate to 60hz. You can try this both through the in-game settings and through your monitor directly. Once you are able to get to Vinland you should be able to change these settings back.
