I'm very sorry to hear that you were not able to launch the game at all.
Could you please explain what was happening when you were trying to launch the game ? Was it downloaded through the Epic Launcher directly ?
Were you receiving an error message in particular ?
Have you tried downloading it directly from your Ubisoft Connect launcher ?

If anyone else is still having issues, please give that a shot and let me know if that helped or not. Please also try a save reload from that location by manually saving, returning to the main menu, and manually loading the save (click load game, not continue).
If neither of these options help anyone encountering this, please provide a short video for further review.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear that this has been happening during this specific loading screen. I haven't seen any other reports of this specific crash happening elsewhere, either.
Have you done any troubleshooting steps to try to prevent the crashes from happening, such as verifying your game files, reinstalling the game (preferably on the same drive that Ubisoft Connect and Windows are installed on), or any of the other steps in our PC troubleshooting guide? I recommend going ahead and doing so, particularly running the game with Administrator rights...

Hi @TheSipmsons I can confirm that if you purchased the Season Pass from the Ubisoft Store that it would not be compatible.
You would need to purchase a Season Pass or DLC's via the same client that you purchased the base game on, therefore in your case you would need to purchase the Season Pass from the Steam Store.

Hi @ryan-de-looze I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in Verica's Tomb. Looking at the images it appears you have moved the large boulder object from the corner where it was originally. I am unable to see where that has got stuck. You should be able to climb the large boulder to obtain the key from the cage.

We are aware that this issue can occur sometimes when the game has been purchased from the Epic Store and installed through the Epic Games launcher. It attempts to download the full game again in the Ubisoft Connect launcher.
Once the game has been activated we would recommend downloading the game in the Ubisoft Connect launcher instead of the Epic Games launcher. Therefore I would advise to uninstall the Epic Games launcher installation then install the game from the Ubisoft Co...
