I am assuming that the PlayStation linked to your azullFR Ubisoft account is your main PSN account. However, please correct me if I am mistaken! @zardozpt I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access the 'Legend of Beowulf' quest. I can confirm that this issue has been reported and the development team are currently investigating.
Could you please provide a video. In the video can you go to Eivor's room and open the letter box to show that the letter is not available. Can you then go to your quest log screen to show any active quests that you may have. Finally can you go to your completed quests screen and slowly scroll down to the bottom of list to show that you have not yet completed the quest.

Regarding the Ubisoft Connect stats, this is also another known issue that is being investigated.
We are also aware that you may be experiencing long loading times on PlayStation 4 when trying to access Ubisoft Connect.

@junseok92 Thanks for the response. So to confirm have you only experienced this one time during that quest you did or does it happen every time you visit Asgard or randomly? Can you also remember the name of the quest?

I also tested my own account and experienced the same issue, however if you log onto your account via the website the amount of available time-limited challenges is correct.
