@azullfr Thank you greatly for this detail! I appreciate you taking the time to provide all of this information! I am assuming that the PlayStation linked to your azullFR Ubisoft account is your main PSN account. However, please correct me if I am mistaken! In regards to the second account, can you provide that PSN gamertag? I would like to make sure I have both of the accounts information as I forward everything to the Game team. Welcome to the forums, xn-d - that's very unusual indeed! Thanks for getting me these screenshots.

I'd like to get our devs to investigate this, but before I do so, I've got a couple of troubleshooting steps I'd like you to try, which you'll find at this link. Please make sure to verify your game files, and make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

If that doesn't correct this issue with the waves not showing on ships with the new liveries, I'll run this up the flagpole to our devs.

Would you be able to record a video showing the flashing you've noted on ultra settings? Don't worry if not - I know that's not a possibility for everyone.

@zardozpt I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access the 'Legend of Beowulf' quest. I can confirm that this issue has been reported and the development team are currently investigating.

Could you please provide a video. In the video can you go to Eivor's room and open the letter box to show that the letter is not available. Can you then go to your quest log screen to show any active quests that you may have. Finally can you go to your completed quests screen and slowly scroll down to the bottom of list to show that you have not yet completed the quest.

@guest-jleoxpyp I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I can confirm that we have received a few reports from other players who are having the same issue.

Can you please confirm the following:

  • Do you ever use rest mode whilst playing the game or do you always close the application first?
  • Does the issue still occur after closing the application and relaunching it?

Regarding the Ubisoft Connect stats, this is also another known issue that is being investigated.

We are also aware that you may be experiencing long loading times on PlayStation 4 when trying to access Ubisoft Connect.

Can you please confirm the following:

  • Do you have the latest update installed?
  • When did the issue start to occur, was it after the latest update?
  • How often do you experience the issue?
  • Does it only happen in a specific area?
  • If you fast travel to another location on the map does the issue still occur?

Hey ThePufosenie, thanks for pointing this out to us.

So you're loading an old save, and finding you can't continue with the Noblesse Oblige quest. Was the old save from before the update?

I'd like to let our devs know, but first, can you verify your game files for me? You'll find instructions on how to do that for each launcher linked on this support article.

If that doesn't fix it, let me know, and I'll pass on your report to be investigated further by our development folks
