Hey silversaxman, thanks for posting on the forums about this. Freezes and statistics not updating sounds very frustrating indeed - I'd really like to investigate further.

Please start with our troubleshooting article. I'd especially appreciate if you could verify your game files, and make sure your drivers and OS are up to date, to try to tackle the freezes. Then, make sure to run Ubisoft Connect and Anno with admin rights, to see if this properly updates the statistics.

If that doesn't improve the situation, would you be able to get me some screenshots showing the discrepancy with the statistics?

Hey chrisskews and everyone, thanks for letting us know about this issue with the research queue.

Please make sure you've verified your game files. It could be that oddities happened with the install process, so verifying the game files is a worthwhile step. Our support article describes how to accomplish this.

If that doesn't help, would you be able to get me some screenshots showing the issue? I'll be able to use these to follow-up the issue with our dev teams.

I'm sorry to hear that your girlfriend has encountered this issue as well, and is unable to speak with Sichfrith. Would she be able to share a video that shows she's unable to interact with Sichfirth when prompted to, or any other NPC? We can then pass this to the development team for further investigation.
