Please start with our troubleshooting article. I'd especially appreciate if you could verify your game files, and make sure your drivers and OS are up to date, to try to tackle the freezes. Then, make sure to run Ubisoft Connect and Anno with admin rights, to see if this properly updates the statistics.
If that doesn't improve the situation, would you be able to get me some screenshots showing the discrepancy with the statistics?
