Thanks for opening a new thread, and for sharing your ticket number with me. I've taken a closer look at the video you've sent us and I can see that you're in the middle of the quest "A Show of Character" when you try to interact with the trial. Would you be able to complete this quest for me to see if this allows you to successfully interact with the trial?

If you're unable to interact with the trial outside of the quest still, can you send us another video that shows you have no current quest active but still cannot start...

I've merged together a few similar threads about issues encountered in "Courting the Kings." I apologise if this has disrupted any ongoing discussion or caused confusion.

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering trouble when trying to progress in "Courting the Kings." It looks like three different issues have been encountered in this thread:

  • Unable to collect key to the prison cells as its out-of-bounds
  • Prisoners in the cell are dead, and therefore the mission cannot be completed
  • Unable to collect the King's Pass

Thanks for providing us with some more information, @Garbo3! I know it can be quite hard to find out what triggered the issue to occur in-game. For both of my cases, I noticed that I used Odin's Sight just before Eivor went flying, so I was curious if this could be a trigger. I also had it occur during the "Eye for an Eye" quest as well 🤔 I'll let the development team know more about your experience!

I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered issues during "Blood Bond." If possible, would you be able to send us a video that shows you're unable to interact with Sichfrith or any NPC in the longhouse, and thus cannot progress further with this quest? I've also encountered this issue in-game, and was able to capture some videos of it happening. The development team has been notified and are investigating the issue further. I've passed the reports that have been shared within this thread so they can be used as part of the ongoing investigation.

If you have been affected by a "Flying Eivor," can you let me know what you were doing just before this issue happened? For instance, were you in combat, or using Odin's sight? Any information is useful, as this can help the team to reproduce the issue during their testing.

If you're able to capture any videos of this happening in game, please can you share these with us as well? This will help the development team to see what you were doing prior to Eivor flying off into space.

Thanks for sharing your report with us! I'm sorry to hear Eivor's started flying away for you. I've actually experienced this issue myself a couple of times, and it's definitely an odd one!

You might find it easier to share images/videos using a shareable link. To do this, first upload the media to a sharing platform (such as Google Drive or YouTube) and post an unlisted link within this thread.

Hi Falkthorn, thanks for reaching out on the forums about this.

As far as I can see, this was fixed in December 2019, with update 6. However, it can take a little while for Ubisoft Connect to sync up with the game and show the challenge as completed. As such, please make sure you're running the latest update, and make sure to wait a bit after completing the mission.

Let me know if it still doesn't unlock, and I'll be happy to investigate further

Sorry to hear that you are unable to finish this mission.

Have you tried climbing on the south tower, as Ciara supposed to be there and sing her song? As a small tip, I can suggest you to follow her voice and you should be able to locate her!
