You should have access to;
You'll also have access to the 'Seasons of Silver' scenario, which can be started by selecting Scenarios from the main menu.

We are currently investigating an issue causing crashes on 12th generation Intel CPUs. Considering the troubleshooting you've already completed, I highly suspect this is the cause of the crashes you've experienced.
