The range of each building should appear in green along roads when you select the building. If you're having trouble seeing that, please let me know.

Sorry to hear you've also encountered this issue with the statistics. Would you be able to answer the following for us if the issue persists?

Was the highest level save profile created on your Ubisoft account, or did you import an existing save from another account?
Do you recall which save profile you first created on your account? If so, what is the company level on that profile?
Do you use cloud saves and play on multiple devices, or do you just play on one device?

Would you be able to confirm for us if you've been able to try the steps suggested by Ubi-Thrupney, so we can rule out some common issues?

Can you make sure to verify your game files for me? This makes sure that nothing went wonky when you installed the update.

Does the issue persist after that step? If so, can you clarify if you've tried this with a new game as well, and if you faced the same issue?

Our team has clarified this for us. Scrap is listed in a building material for every area - not just the New World - because scrap can be found by salvagers in every world.

@kaosink1965 Hey there! I am sorry to hear that you are missing the button to build engineer and investor residences. Do you have artisan residences build to be able to upgrade to engineer? Are you able to provide me with an image showing that you are unable to build engineer and investor residences to help look into this for you? Also, please try to verify your game files to test if that helps as well!

I've now gone ahead and passed all of this information along internally as feedback. While the other team I'd reached out to advised that simply having more carts will help, I can understand that there is a lot of valuable feedback here that we can look into further.
