Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but I've asked around about your issue and this appears to be an issue with DX12. If you're using a command line argument to force it, could you remove it to see if that solves the issue?

I know that the studio is working on fixing it, but I don't have any word on when that will be yet.

I don't know what you mean by that last part considering we have no say on account bans here on the forums, but if our terms of service team won't remove the ban then the account will more than likely stay banned. Unfortunately I don't have anything else I can recommend trying.

Hey @MadAhu7,

Unfortunately we're not able to help if our terms of service team decide that the ban was justified on your account. They're the only team with the power to remove bans, and if they won't then I'm afraid there's nothing else I can recommend, and it's highly likely that the account will stay banned.

I think I know the issue then: If you play on Steam but redeemed the code via EA, you'll need to start the game up via the EA app in order to get your Apex coins. It's a weird quirk where progress is carried over between the two, but they're still separate platforms, if that makes sense.

Try launching Apex via the EA app, and let me know if your coins show up. Standard smile

Hey @Tqberk,

As of right now, there's absolutely no cross-progression between platforms, so resources, skins, levels, etc. are not transferable.

I know that the developers have mentioned several times in the past that they're planning on bringing cross-progression to Apex, but there's no word on a date for that yet.

It seems like you are resetting the password on the wrong EA account. In order to get back into the game, you will have to reset the password on the EA account that is linked to your PlayStation. Please keep in mind that the credentials of your PlayStation account and EA account can be different. If you are having difficulties locating the correct EA account, please try and contact customer support. They might be able to assist with this.
