I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban can be lifted.  If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned. Sorry, I don't have better news, It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned.

 

If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, I would still strongly encourage you to go through ...

Sorry to say @Sp3NgL3R_MF but if our TOS team has denied your appeal then that would be that.


It is not possible for us or anyone else to change the outcome of a TOS investigation.

Hey @Sp3NgL3R_MF if our TOS team has denied multiple appeals then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

 

After a certain point our TOS team will no longer review appeals.

Hey @NKDrac if our team has declined your appeal then it would mean that there is evidence the action was correct. If this is the case then there is nothing we can do to change this.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @NKDrac 

 

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

Hi @katmallainious,

 

Ok, thanks for clearing things up. What it sounds like has happened is you've unlinked the EA account that your EA game saves are stored on and connected up a new EA account. As your EA game saves are stored on the EA account, not the device, your in-game progress will not transfer over when you change out the EA accounts. 

 

The good news is linking back up your original EA account with the Apex game saves on it may restore the content:

I found another helpful thread here on the forums. Apparently you can just search for your friend again, and then you'll see an option to unblock them. Can you give that a go and let me know if it works?

We won't have that ability from Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team exclusively offer support for bans and suspensions on EA gaming accounts. You'd need to reach out to them to appeal the ban. I popped a link above in my earlier post that will walk you through how you can send one in, all things considered.

Our Terms of Service team (ToS) can take a look if you fill out the webform to send in an appeal to them. Saying that, contacting the ToS team is only advisable if you believe the ban you received was added by mistake/no rules were broken. There would be no point reaching out to the ToS team aside from that as they will not overturn bans if the rules were broken and cre...
