Since you're starting over, whatever you purchase now should be fine. It just won't transfer if you unlink and link to a different account.

You should still be able to use the battle pass as long as it was purchased after you linked the account. You'll just be starting over.

That would be why this happened then. You'll need to link your PSN ID back to the original account to get everything back, but there is a 6 month wait between linking to a different account again. More information on that can be found here

If you unlink a Steam account and link it somewhere else, you can relink it back to its original EA account again. I know that there's a six-month wait before you can unlink an account again, so it might be worth reaching out to our live support team if you need help with that:

Some game specific bans won't show up in your ban history (Which is super unintuitive), but if your Apex account has been banned then you can raise a dispute with our terms of service team directly via the webform in the following article:

If they've already looked into this numerous times and they've come to the conclusion that the ban is justified, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do here on the forums to change that. Our terms of service team is the only one with the power to overturn bans, and if they won't, then I'm afraid that the account will stay banned.

A warning can be given when an issue doesn't quite warrant a flat out ban. It's not guaranteed that you'll get one as the Terms of Service you agree to before playing our games already covers this. You're welcome to dispute the ban by following the instructions in the article here....

Hey @torletduckmax,

Apex Legends doesn't support cross progression, so your two accounts (even if linked) will separate, and progress won't carry over between them. Unfortunately there's nothing we can really do right now to change that.

Hey @TheRumbling77 know it's a joke. Ut please keep in mind that manyay not take it that way and when the term is being used to billy and attack a minority using it to joke isn't something we allow.

Sorry to say @Gayliciously but if our TOS team has declined your appeals then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this. 

 

After a certain number of denied appeals our TOS team will not consider any more.
