On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.

The Terms of Service team review the account when an appeal goes in to see if the rules were broken or if there's been some sort of a mix up with the ban.  It sounds like they've looked into this a few times for you already going by what you've shared, and each time confirmed the ban is remaining in place. 

 

Ultimately, there are only so many times the same information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, however so there is a limit on the amount of appeals that can be sent in for the same ban review, and if the appeals aren't getting any more responses it'd suggest you've re...

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. I don't entirely understand what the issue is. Do you mean that you unlinked your PlayStation account from your EA account, linked it to a different EA account, and are now having trouble linking it back to the old EA account?

If so, what problem are you exactly having when you try to link your PlayStation account back?

I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban can be lifted.  If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned. Sorry, I don't have better news, It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned.

Sorry to say @Sp3NgL3R_MF but if our TOS team has denied your appeal then that would be that.

It is not possible for us or anyone else to change the outcome of a TOS investigation.

Hey @Sp3NgL3R_MF if our TOS team has denied multiple appeals then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

 

After a certain point our TOS team will no longer review appeals.

Hey @NKDrac if our team has declined your appeal then it would mean that there is evidence the action was correct. If this is the case then there is nothing we can do to change this.
